Co-Founder/OwnerMichael runs field operations, estimating, and project management across both Seitz companies. With years of hands-on experience in concrete and site work, he's the one making sure every job gets built right, on schedule, and to spec.
Karly leads office operations, client communication, and marketing for both companies. From first phone call to final invoice, she's the team that keeps projects moving and clients informed and the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
